Rightly or wrongly, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibited discrimination on the basis of race in public accommodations which would include this co-op. While I know the Justice Department is far too busy going after Trump, his lawyers, family and supporters and rooting out toxic white supremacy, nevertheless, even posting such a message and trying to enforce it is against the law.
