Rightly or wrongly, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibited discrimination on the basis of race in public accommodations which would include this co-op. While I know the Justice Department is far too busy going after Trump, his lawyers, family and supporters and rooting out toxic white supremacy, nevertheless, even posting such a message and trying to enforce it is against the law.
The blow-back one day on all this shite is gonna be fierce.
If it's a private club, I don't care what they do.
If it is not private, then they should be sued 'til the cows come home.
