If Garland indicts Trump in DC I hope SCOTUS is ready to slap the DOJ down with a change of venue. That did not happen in the Roger Stone case even after the DC judge allowed the jury foreman to lie about posting anti-Trump propaganda. No surprise the GOP leaders did not care either.

It's likely SCOTUS would claim that the remedy is an election but indicting Trump at this time seems like election interference to me.
