The best explanation I have found of the events leading up to the raid, he talks about Trump's ability as Commander to declassify anything, the curious timing of the raid, and that the Espionage Act is likely unconstitutional in its scope, and may have been 'triggered' by nothing more than a momento dispute.

It was a broad fishing expedition to obtain documents they had not legal right to see. Then bring up something new.
But there is nothing new. Trump likely baited them with fake intel or a fake “informant” to create a boomerang political effect. Now he’s the clear leader for 2024 and it worked.
Why would Trump leave anything in boxes in the pool house or anywhere they could find it? The safe was empty. Melania’s closet was empty. Major swing and miss and Trump fundraisers off of it.

One of the takeaways for me were the comments of Bill Bennett.
He is quoted: “we have a legitimacy crisis. A large part of the country never accepted Trump as a legitimate president, a legitimate businessman, a legitimate person.” That is at root, our problem.
The Deep State Swamp and its MSM never accepted Trump as legitimate.
A significant portion of the nation followed the pablum the DSS/MSM fed them.

Isn’t it amazing that the supposed Durham investigation takes decades to do anything, but any investigation into trump results in an immediate raid or trial or worse.
Trump can do no wrong. We’ll see as thing progress to a

goal of taking Trump off the next presidential election.
Who the GOP candidate will be is going to be an interesting
battle. It’s also going to be interesting to see who the
Dems put up as their candidate.
Trump ought to sue the sonofabitches for theft of personal property! Surely every piece of paper that they removed is not evidence that will be used in a trial? The democrats don’t own those papers, DJT does. Demand immediate return of all that was taken or file a lawsuit for its return.

They cannot stop him from standing and winning, except by using the same massive fraud that they used in 2020, or by going Kennedy 2.0.

I think that's too narrow a view of their objectives. Their goal isn't against just Trump, it's against anybody who is even thinking of taking on the Deep State. Whether or not their successful at keeping Trump from being prez again, they're successful at sending the message that they will ruin your life and your family's lives and the lives of the people who work for you (i.e. Flynn).
So even if they're unsuccessful specifically with Trump, it's still a win for them.
Oh lord yes, the Dems have a problem. They must find a way to shift Kamala off the succession and put in XXX as VP, where XXX is probably Hillary.
But there’s nowhere for Kamala to go. No slots (for instance) on the Supreme Court.
So they may have to have Kamala as President for a bit (YIKES) and then convince her to visit Fort Marcy park.

Will Cain should take over for Eric Shawn, or Bret Baier, he is much better.
