Hillary Clinton has insinuated in a new book by an NBC News reporter that she believes her former 2016 Democratic primary rival Bernie Sanders is a sexist, remarking 'I know the kind of things that he says about women and to women.'
Clinton made the remarks to NBC News Capitol Hill correspondent Ali Vitali in her new book 'Electable: Why America Hasn’t Put a Woman In the White House … Yet.'
In an excerpt published by Politico on Friday, the journalist recalls Clinton's comments that followed a widely televised heated clash between Sanders and Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who were both on the ballot for the 2020 presidential election.

Bernie Sanders did not move back to New York City after he finished college. Instead he moved to Vermont, which was about the whitest place in America at the time. If he didn’t like women as well, he should have moved to Fire Island.

Calling you an ugly hag is not sexist. Parse the words, each is correct. That Bernie is also a UH is consistent with the terms.
