Someone understandable but, maybe what they should do is figure out a way to have like one starlink system and then have it shared by an entire community.

No that would be horrible. to me that sounds like everybody abandon your rural property wells and the community will take over water services.

A community system comes with a rent seeking bureaucratic class, all kinds of extra rules and controls, etc. House by house, connected by dish is far superior.

If I had a stable power source between my house and my wife’s mom’s house I could create a mesh network her mom could access from our Starlink.

Put ten or twenty people on one Starlink and you might as well go back to dialup.
