Braddock is a little town and a significant part of its resurgence came from making it a attractive place for artists and a somewhat trendy location. That was great for Braddock but you can’t do that for all of Pennsylvania.
I live not far from Braddock.
There was no “resurgence”. It’s still a completely depressed community.
Fetterman was hoping the resurgence that DID come to a nearby town (Lawrenceville) would work it’s way down the river and he’d be able to take credit.
Nope. Didn’t happen.
