Well, Bellevue was always pictures as an insane asylum in the old movies.
And yes I realize this is a different state but still the name Bellevue became synonymous with psycho’s thru the movies.
If the sepfather married his mother while he was only 10 he could have ordered the public schools to do it for free by calling him a girl.
