First, has anyone even heard the attackers name. I haven’t. Second, attacking a congressman is a FEDERAL Felony. Pressure needs to be placed on the US Attorney for NY to file charges immediately and arrest him. That would force a Federal judge to deny bail based on his violent action, (just like the J6 defendants).
