Yeah, Russia didn't issue one. They called it a Special Military Action.

The West is not fighting. We're simply providing arms. Don't need a declaration of war for that.

And given that Congress voted to provide $40 billion for Ukraine, it wouldn't be hard to get a declaration of war if we need one in the future.

I think some of these war mongering geniuses in Washington are working on it. What better way to win an election than to start a war.

Good point.

It seems that it would be an act of war if there was no declaration of war first. As in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.

We gave weapons to Britain when fascists attacked so why not Ukraine?
