Sadly true.
The “parents” are merely sperm and egg donor/incubators. These people have child after child to get the government benefits, even though they cannot afford to have the children, and in most cases they are unwilling or unable to parent the children they produce.
It’s getting worse and worse now that the government gives these sperm/egg donors a monthly check for each child. They no longer have to wait until tax filing time to get their child tax “credit”. They get over $300 per child each month along with all the other benefits (housing/ebt, etc).
These “parents” couldn’t care less what happens to their offspring. They’ll blame any detrimental events that happen to or because of their children on yt people.

That subculture (lower class urban blacks) has deteriorated enough that the parents are about as uncivilized as their kids.

Dad, if he's not dead or in prison, is busy dividing his time amongst his three or four other baby mamas.
Read the whole piece and not a single mention of the cause of the family breakdown: the fact that the federal government is bribing poor women not to get married.
Perhaps parents should do time WITH the convicted minor.
