Sometimes, PhD means “Doctor of Philosophy”. Sometimes, it means “Piled Higher and Deeper”.
It can be of critical importance to determine which sort of PhD a particular supposed expert has earned.

A postmenopausal woman is still 100% a woman
A man can never be a woman. Ipso facto a man can not get pregnant or have a baby.
