That is the stupidest comment I ever heard.
Where is goes is the bottom line... not “irrelevant”.
If it went HERE, then OUR supply would increase, and so price could drop.
Only if it was sold to a domestic producer at less than market price, in which case the US taxpayers would be getting screwed.
