I know these sponsorships mean a lot of money to a team but the Steelers biffed on this one. My first choice would have been to go back to "Three Rivers Stadium", which was the coolest stadium name ever.

“Vandelay Industries Stadium.” LOL!

Bummer. I guess the Acme Company’s bid was rejected.

Acrisure Stadium
heh! That rolls off the tongue /sarc
Who paid to build that stadium? The Steelers owernship, or the city? Who is getting the money from the naming rights?
Remember when football was a sport, and not a business?
It’s a distant and faded memory for me.

I miss the original names of venues. Corporate names disgust me.

Withdraw from supporting the NFL and be squarely behind the USFL. Make the USFL the Patriot league.

Corporate sponsorships bring in big amounts of money. Some sponsorships are worth millions of dollars a year to teams and cities, owners of stadiums. It’s hard to refuse such funding.

If I may, The Rush Hudson Limbaugh III Memorial Stadium.
