By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. Advances in digital and distributed ledger technology for financial services have led to dramatic growth in markets for digital assets, with profound implications for the protection of consumers, investors, and businesses, including data privacy and security; financial stability and systemic risk; crime; national security; the ability to exercise human rights; financial inclusion and equity; and energy demand and climate change. In November 2021, non-state issued digital assets reached a combined market capitalization of $3 trillion, up from approximately $14 billion in early November 2016. Monetary authorities globally are also exploring, and in some cases introducing, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).

The first was Roosevelt confiscating private gold in 1934…
The second was Nixon abandoning the gold standard in 1971…
Now, Biden’s plan could pave the way for “retiring” the US dollar…

Section 4b Within 120 days (that is now) the Secretary of the Treasury shall submit to the President a report on the future of money and payment systems, including the conditions that drive broad adoption of digital assets …
Section 9b Central bank digital currency” or “CBDC” refers to a form of digital money or monetary value, denominated in the national unit of account, that is a direct liability of the central bank …
Rickards: Central Bank Digital Currency sets the stage for legal surveillance over spending habits of American citizens and total control over bank accounts and purchases and the ability to silence all dissenting voices for good.

Crypto coins can be a bit of fun gambling for those so inclined, but there is something tangible and profitable underlying crypto.
The blockchain is real and will produce many applications with real returns.
As for Brandon and his minions, I have to ask, how is the new digital currency working for the Chinese people?
Is the local internet down? You have no access to your money.
Did your cellphone crap out? You have no access to your money.
Did you post some wild statements on FR? You have no access to your money.
And in recent news; someone hacked Chinese computers with data on a billion Chinese citizens; have they been naughty or nice?
Not much information on how China implemented its “transparent digital ledger”?
Is it “distributed” when it is only on government servers?
How does that work?

Who is this WE they always talk about. What BS. It is a cabal of unelected bankers and bureaucratic tyrants making decisions for all of society who never wanted or asked for their rules.
I have read that this is going into effect TOMORROW, DEC. 13. Anyone have any current information on this?
