Isn’t there something in the first Amendment about the right to peacefully assemble? Or does that only apply to groups approved by the Southern Poverty Law Center?

The article mentions that members of the group assaulted a black man. If this is true and they did it for no good reason, then THAT IS NOT PEACEFUL.
