Who in their right mind would sign up now? Better to let China have the Asian continent, and Russians, Eastern Europe, they can roll dice for Africa and South America. Every officer should resign and every private lay down their guns or—better yet—Unionize. Strike for higher wages and better benefits. How about one—CITIZENSHIP for Service?
