Walk into a bank, hospital, restaurant, shop, government or private office today and observe that most employees are female, say in a 20-to-1 ratio to male. Where are the men?
Walk onto a construction site, get an oil change, deliver groceries to restaurants, get a plumber, call a carpenter, pour a concrete slab, erect a building and on and on.
Where do you think the men are? Nowhere?
They're simply at different jobs.
On some jobs there are still NO women or,
if there are a few women, they're a very, very few.
