Will this automatically remove the CDC’s power to make laws also?

and the FDA.

Agreed... This one is by far the most important one out there...
Another victory for the constitution and our way of life, if it is radically overturned

I have read the Constitution of the United States several times. Have a copy on my website. I dare say most citizens including those in government have never read at all.

There is nothing in the Constitution allowing the Congress to delegate the power to legislate. Congress is the only branch of the Federal government that has the power to legislate, not the Executive branch nor the Judicial branch.

Agencies cannot create, constitutionally, regulations with the import of law! They do not have the power to legislate.

“A Law repugnant to the Constitution is void.” - Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Marshall - Marbury v. Madison (1803)

Well, in my opinion the Current Congress and Joey Crappy Pant’s Administration is repugnant to the Constitution, so shouldn’t that make them VOID too??

Okay, knock me over with a feather!
But I still expect that it will make very little practical difference.
Who is going to enforce the new rules?
Who gets to file the complaint to bring about reconsiderations?
Who will have “Standing” to bring issues to court so that this decision may be cited?
Full employment for lawyers but I doubt much relief for the common man.
