Nearly five years after he was released from prison, and nearly 27 years after he was found not guilty in the murder of ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman, O.J. Simpson is being sued by Goldman’s father for $96 million for the murder of his son, according to TMZ.
In new court documents, Fred Goldman is applying for a renewal of his old judgment against the former NFL star running back. In 1997, Simpson was found responsible for the deaths of Brown and Goldman in a civil lawsuit where he was ordered to pay $33.5 million to the Goldman and Brown families.

In 2015, Fred said with interest, O.J. owed him $57 million. But, in the new docs, Fred now says interest has continued to pile up over the last 7 years and has now reached nearly $97 mil.

OJ is 75 years old. If he hasn’t paid the settlement, he never will because he doesn’t have the money. Taking him to court won’t change that.

That’s a tacky remark! Mr. Goldman loved his son with all his heart and to see him sliced up under a tree by a raving lunatic who got off because of hype, celebrity, an idiot judge, an idiotic jury and a sub-par prosecution along with a bunch of shister lawyers would undo anyone. I hope he never gives up......and if you’re going to say something so crude at least get the name right.......it’s Fred!!!!
No - OJ didn’t pay out as he was ordered to and the judgement was going to expire. This is just renewing the judgement and maybe recovering a little more.

My dad is literally Sheldon Cooper - highly intelligent, no social graces and a vey dry sense of humor rarely seen.
During the OJ trial, he called me from Florida when passed a billboard with a donut company. It said in huge letters ‘FREE OJ!!!’
then at the bottom in very small letters it said, ‘with purchase of a donut’.
He was laughing so hard I thought he was going to have to go to the hospital. Bravo, whoever you are Mr. Donut Advertising Genius.
