I’m still trying to figure out his position. He concurred with the majority but said he wouldn’t have overturned Roe and Casey. Huh? The ultimate fence straddler. Everyone like me. If there was a 4-4 split, say if Kavanaugh went squishy, Roberts would have upheld the status quo. He’s like the politician who votes after the issue has been decided.
