Yup....If the congress and senate wish to federalize abortion making it legal in all fifty states then abortion becomes a personal and local election debate in every congressional district and state. I predict Pelosi might try to make legilation and that the present congress and senate will demur on the subject until after election day while letting the kerfluffles percolate in the media. Some will try to run on it pro or con. Still the court was right to send it back to the states and the federal legislature. The Roe V Wade Ruling has been a stinker since 1973.
They will make threats to pass something I think in the congress but they’ll hold back on doing something allowing their “violence partners” to punish righteous people to soften the ground(they hope) first.
“Legislation legalizing Abortion” would now be Un-Constitutional, on its face, wouldn’t ? (Not that Constitutionality has ever been a concern of Progressives)
