With rare exceptions, murder is a violation of State law and prosecuted in State courts. Those convicted of murder end up doing their time in State prisons.
This puts the matter in the hands of State Legislatures. Make sure your State representative(s) and State senator(s) know that you oppose abortion and vote accordingly.
