Kind of useful - That county is an outlier. Biden beat Obama in almost every minority county in the country by around 30%. He nationally lost 10% more counties than Obama, yet got millions of more votes.

Yep, some times communicating by written word does not convey the feeling behind them. I did not mean to imply any conflict. I just thought it interesting Biden got millions up millions of more votes in 10% less counties than Obama.
That dovetails perfectly with my current working theory:
They ran up the score where they had control of the machinery - in those 10% less counties.
