Says you. Biden has cognitive issues which are on display daily. He doesn't appear to know wrong from right. Sniffing children is wrong and any normally functioning person who gets off on it while trying to run for the highest political office would stay as far away from the practice as possible. Heck, they'd probably make a concerted effort to stay away from children, period.
That being said, what if Biden knew of Democrat plans to steal an election and his comment was actually boastful because he doesn't recognize the difference between wrong and right? What political animal would have bragged about what he did to the prosecutor in Ukraine?
