I have a mental picture of the Crips & the Bloods buying LIABILITY insurance...along with all the other gangs.

Gangs could probably get a reduced rate. That’d be a good recruiting tool. Bloods and Crips could compete for the best people.

Just put up a little kiosk next to the Obama Phone kiosks.

And have the Govt. pay, just like for the Obama Phones.
