Pretty sure you don’t want to threaten Americas energy companies.

Or better yet, maybe they should just stop sending fuel to those places that hate them. Let them starve and freeze in the dark.

All these machinations from the man who is causing the whole thing. The gas prices are caused by Biden who keeps insisting he is helping climate change. How does oil bought from foreign entities cause less pollutants than American oil? Joe Biden is a giant phoney!

He drastically reduced the number of leases sold, cancelled Keystone XL on his FIRST day in office. He also told America and the world over CNN in March 2020 that he will completely shut down drilling for oil and natural gas on day one of his administration.

Why would ANYONE invest in an enterprise where the ‘ruler’ (or jester, in XiJinBiden’s case) of the country says he’s going to shut down that business!

Demonrat voters, sow the wind, now reap the whirlwind!

Certainly. We’ll drill new wells in our leases. Oops! Can’t do that. We’ll extract more oil out of wells by fracking. Oops, can’t do that!

(lather, rinse, repeat...)

Hmmm…. How did Trump get record low prices without making threats?

I don’t blame this all on Biden (although he is an imbecile), but global warming hysteria and regulation. Even outside of government, banks and other financial institutions will not loan funds to carbon based energy development, insurance companies won’t write policies to protect it. Who is willing to invest in refinery growth or new carbon energy sources when it may take a decade to show a profit. Governments around the world are making it impossible to project any long term profit. The problem as always is government intervention, by not letting non carbon sources grow naturally and push out other sources with natural market selection. This didn’t happen, government (and voters) decided the source was bad and started, lawsuits, regulations and pressure to stop it, while no good alternative was fully developed. Maybe the coming depression will change the environment, but I doubt it.

Dear Joe, high profit margins are an incentive for oil companies to produce more oil and gasoline. That will increase supply and eventually reduce and stabilize both consumer prices and oil company profits.

On the other hand, every time you intervene by imposing regulations or shutting down a pipeline or an oil lease, you cause distortions in prices and supply. You created this mess, Joe, by f@cking with the markets. But you’re too stupid to recognize that.

We could start a little competition to give Joe an epithet for the history books, much as the various Medieval European royal lines. We’ve all heard of Alfred the Great and Charles the Hammer (i.e. Charles Martel). But there are other less known kings, such as Charles the Bald or Pippin the Short, and then there are Charles the Fat, Ethelred the Unready, and, not to be forgotten, Charles the Simple.

So, what can we come up with and make stick: Joe the ________? Let the competition begin.

Cut regulations so more refineries can be built. Build a pipeline to Mexico to send them oil to refine in their non-regulated refineries. There’s two ideas for you Joe.

California is raising gas taxes another $0.03 per gallon on July 1st. Why don’t you send a letter to the California Senate and House as well as Newsome to get them to stop this increase!

This jerk should ask himself how we went from net energy exporter, with gasoline at $2.00 before he took office, to a petroleum and natural gas shortage with gasoline at $5.00 today.

His policies should reveal the answers.

Joe, you can’t fix stupid, you moron.
