A teen who commits a crime while on probation no longer deserves anonymity just because he’s a minor.
The 14-year-old is also on probation for robbery with a weapon, burglary and criminal mischief. He was previously arrested for making threats of harm with a weapon to another juvenile through social media
Hate to be “one of those people” however probation is not parole my friend.
Having said that your point is well taken....there’s a fair chance this kid will be in and out of the DOC system his whole life.
Fla has a 3 strikes law but it won’t kick in until he’s 18....and I bet he knows that.

I wonder:
1) with whom these yoots were associated? Someone was going to fence all the loot. I find it hard to believe that they conceived and executed this crime by themselves.
2) what sort of physical security the gun store had? Alarms are nice, but responsible gun shop owners should ensure that their off-hours gun storage is sufficiently robust to stop two children from making off with almost 2 dozen firearms in a short time period. The ATF needs to do their actual job and review this FFL holder.
