I saw an interview that took place INSIDE THE ALLEGED MURDERER'S grandmother's house where her significant other said RAMOS HAD NO DRIVER'S LICENSE BECAUSE HE COULDN'T HANDLE DRIVING A VEHICLE.
Perhaps this explains WHY he CRASHED his grandmother's truck.
