Indicted for criminal contempt for not complying with Jan 6 committee subpoenas.
What we he have to do with Jan 6th?
Navarro might have shown up if they would let him testify publicly but that committee would probably make him testify behind closed doors. He is too excellent at explaining things. The illegitimate committee does not want him to be heard by the public. His books and his presentations on Bannon’s Warroom are outstanding.
I read elsewhere that a congressional subpoena doesn’t have the weight of the courts behind it and cannot have criminal consequences if refused by those outside governmental services (for instance, a cabinet secretary cannot refuse it.)
I’ll see if I can find the source. Maybe its just so much crap like most other things I read these days.
There was something discussed quite a while ago that the Jan. 6 committee did not meet the legal requirements to force subpoenas. It was something to do with the party makeup of the committee. Does anyone remember?
Interesting. If Navarro was indicted for contempt of Congress, I wonder why Eric Holder escaped the same fate when he ignored congressional subpoenas? Or, what about the officials who directly lied to Congress under oath? Should they have been indicted as well? So, is it the new normal that the party in power uses the system to prosecute those who are in the opposition? If so, this is a very dangerous time for our country.
My gawd, the fake 1/6 committee now has Stasi powers??
Why wasn’t Eric the Holder indicted, when he refused??
Why can DOJ indict someone from a Congressional committee?
Upside down world, for sure.

Subpoenas issued with Republican support in committee. Any Trump voter who votes GOP in the midterms is selling rope to those who wish to hang us.
