I can’t believe that there wasn’t someone in the neighborhood who recognized that this kid was going dangerously wrong.
It may be that nobody likes busybodies, and a certain ‘omerta’ exists in some neighborhoods; but there are moments when someone needs to stand up.
“I can’t believe that there wasn’t someone in the neighborhood who recognized that this kid was going dangerously wrong. It may be that nobody likes busybodies...”
We are now living in a world where the person who does not acknowledge the boy wearing a dress is in fact a girl is the one who faces trouble, not the boy in the dress. Women who object to another ‘woman’ exposing ‘her’ penis are the ones seen with a ‘problem’, not the nut job in their changing room.
Re: 9 - It’s the whole “snitches get stitches” things I suppose. And “none of my business what others do”, etc, etc. You can see some of that mentality by a few FReepers now and then.
And old girlfriend who was a cop and moved over to social services said years ago that cruelty to animals is a huge red flag for future “cruelty to humans” (her phrase).
So in both the Texas and Buffalo shooter - they both committed acts of animal cruelty.
