They don’t apparently have proof he was “pro-Trump.” Wanting to kick off a civil war is not an originalist constitutional position. But it is the position of a lot of leftists, and some in the pro abort crowd. Instead, the article makes a lame effort smearing Trump with the propaganda technique “guilt by association.” Release all the evidence against him so we can find out he is a socialist. Neonazis are socialists, not conservatives.
The pics were on the cell phone, but there is no mention about the context of the pics, and nothing in the article about him expressing his alleged views on the cell phone. So as far as we know, they found three pics of him wearing bangs and a mustache like Adolf but had no proof that wasn’t for a costume party, prank, kinky sex, or some meme idea. It is hearsay that he went to work like that, if no one has pics. Are they going to charge people who own cats with lookalike Hitler mustaches with a crime, too? Are such cats Nazis? Seems there should be more evidence, like a manifesto or something, that isn’t just hearsay.
From the info in the article, his alleged antisemitism and such is pure hearsay from one former room mate, who may, for all we know, be a scorned lover. Maybe he is antisemitic, but there is no evidence he acted on it. He showed up in DC wearing dress clothes, not a German uniform, and not even the Antifa style gear some others wore.
