Our county switched back to paper ballots with circles to fill in. They are then passed thru a reader that approves the ballot if all the circles are filled in correctly.
More secure than other past devices.
Still too liberal with mail-ins and provisionals.
Return to one voting day. No remote votes. No absentee ballots. No early votes. No late votes. All paper ballots deposited into ballot boxes with observers from all political parties having candidates in the election. Observers with the ballot boxes and counters in front of them from the beginning or the vote until the end of the count. Voting rolls annually purged of dead people and ineligible voters.
