This war shows just how vulnerable these fuel sources would be. Another reason why it's stupid.

You want to have a windmill to run a little community with 200 people...2 stores, a bar and a church...fine. But to run a city of 20,000 people. How stupid are they??

Ok, I didn’t read the article, but..

“You want to have a windmill to run a little community with 200 people...2 stores, a bar and a church...fine. But to run a city of 20,000 people. How stupid are they??”

Sure about that?

“the average turbine generates over 843,000 kWh per month—enough for more than 940 average U.S. homes.”

A typical wind farm includes many turbines.

Obviously, wind speed and energy storage capability affects delivery capacity at any given time.
