Our so called leaders have been launching lies at us for so long and so bold they believe their own BS. They can lie to their own people without direct blowback. Telling lies to someone who can blowback is a whole other matter.
Of course Ukraine will lose!
Of course they won’t win.
The invaders LOSE by not winning. The country invaded WINS by not losing. Russia losing and Ukraine is winning.

Even if Russia succeeds in pushing the Ukraine of of the Lunetsk People’s Republic and the DOnetsk People’s Republic, it still failed to restore the elected government which was forced out by the Euro revolt in 2014.
I don’t understand people feeling sure either way.
There is a large amount of western weapons being introduced, and a large increase of Ukrainian allied troops coming.
How effective will they be?
I don’t know, and I don’t know why other people are sure of the outcome
“British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that Ukraine’s war with Russia was a straightforward case of “good versus evil,”
Where do so many stupid people come from?
Arma 3 footage passes off as real says otherwise and that Ukraine is winning. MSM TV says so.
“Russia appears to be using tactics that mimic what worked for them in Mariupol: surrounding a city with ground troops, cutting off Ukrainian forces’ ability to get reinforcements (or food, water, and fuel), then relentlessly pounding Ukrainian positions with artillery, rocket fire, and airstrikes...”
Then Putin can declare himself President-for-Life of the rubble I guess.
We’ll be able to see in the coming month.
Ukraine forced a withdrawal from Kiev, which has forced Russia to prioritize. They have since forced a withdrawal from around Khrakiv, which again has Russia prioritizing. They figure they can afford to lose Kharkiv, they can’t afford to lose Izyum, which means they are redistributing those forces where they are most needed.
Aside from the above, the lines have not moved substantially in the last month or more. Russia is obviously trying two pincer moves that will cut off substantial numbers of Ukrainians, and just as obviously the Ukes have resisted, so far fairly effectively. They haven’t been able to roll the Rssians back, in fact the Russians have managed to gain ground, not much, but they have gained.
It looks like the Ukrainians are starting a counter attack from the west side of Izyum. If they have the firepower to carry it off, then its a new ball game. If they do not, then we have a stalemate. The winner will be the one that can absorb the most pain and remain standing.
Eloquent plea for Ukraine to surrender because all is lost ... deja vu for the third time.
Russia’s immediate goal is destruction of the main force/bulk of the Ukraine Army, located in Donbas. They have been entrenched there since 2014, so have heavy fortifications. It appears Russia is going slow to try to limit casualties as much as possible. Regardless, casualties are unavoidable
What next? In Donbas and Southeast, they will have support, or at least neutrality, from a large part of the population. They can control it easily
I imagine Odessa is next, to turn Ukraine into a landlocked rump state.
But after that, would Russia actually go West of the Dnieper? I can’t imagine they would want to.
Of course Ukraine won’t win, it’s just a question of how much Russia is willing to settle for and declare victory. A land bridge to Crimea and landlocking Ukraine is my bet and having won Mariupol is a big piece of that.
The Ukrainians have fought bravely and honorably but they are out gunned and out numbered.
Globohomo will need a new crisis.
Why didn't you post his most recent article: Counterattack: How Ukraine Can Drive Russia Out (Part I)
Of course they can since no one defines victory much these days. Is victory getting Crimea back? Is Victory retaking Mariupol, is it bring Donesk and Lugansk back into the fold? What exactly does Ukrainian victory look like? If you won’t answer that question then don’t ask the other.
Ukraine certianly can’t win without help.
