Dave McCormick, who is seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. Senator in the May 17 primary, will attend a campaign rally in Wilkes-Barre Twp. on Friday, according to an announcement at his campaign events website.
U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, will accompany McCormick for a “can’t miss conservative rally,” the announcement states.
The event will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre Twp. Volunteer Fire Hall, 150 Watson St.

McCormick, 56, is a former hedge fund executive. He served as Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs in the administration of former President George W. Bush.

As someone who wants McCormick to lose, I hope Cruz campaigns for him every day between now and the primary. Reverse Midas Touch.

something tells me that all of these endorsements are completely meaningless except one, namely President Donald J. Trump ... how many PA voters do you imagine say to themselves, “You know, i’m gonna vote for this McCormick guy BECAUSE Ted Cruz endorsed him!”...
