Give them all the old ford Fiestas and Rangers along with the oil from the SPR as needed(slowly). I’ve suggested it before. Super fast growth without getting sick too fast from it. Duty-free Cuban cigars dispersed at the 7-11’s. Tourism without the cat houses. Music districts.

Cubans are very entrepreneurial, and that is why they have done so well in the US when allowed to go for it. Even in Cuba, they’re out there with their clandestine businesses and doing what they do, because otherwise the entire country would collapse and starve to death. And the regime knows it.
