Stutter? It’s called gooblygook.
I have never heard him stutter, not once! He does says a lot of stupid things and can’t correctly pronounce any word with more than four letters but thats not stuttering. He has a serious case of brain farts. I think its called IBS (Idiot Brain Syndrome).
