I think more than how she was raised are the schools she went to and what she was taught there. In most big schools America bashing is standard part of the curriculum and she came out with all the standard leftist views of the country (racist, sexist, bigoted, this phobic, that phobic..)

That is only part of the problem.
A bigger issue is that someone above her hired her. Someone in the company - perhaps a white liberal male executive - looked at her and said, “you are exactly what we need.”
That is scary.
