Hmmmm! If the pile gets high enough it could become it's own wall. So, the trespassing litter bugs are making the crossing area look like the "TWSH" home they just left huh? Sorta like libgressives moving to a 'better place' and turning it into a "SH" like they just left. Weird huh?

Having been to some of those places, this is the way they treat their countries of origin, and how they live when they get here. Just throw trash on the ground, parking lots, roadside dumping.
Those places are probably emptying out their prison population as well.
