I've always considered that the Deep State will have Biden and/or Harris removed by assassination. It will be good propaganda for more gun bans.

I noticed that too. Have to see the entire width of view. Plus the 2D perspective can make it look like he’s looking 90 degrees to the side but the gaze is partially toward the rear. You can tell he’s looking right at the folks behind him.
Biden is in severe mental decline, but this is a bad example to harp on. This is more like the whipping of the illegal immigrants from horseback pic.
This is the perfect opportunity for those pulling his string to do something terrible (like launch a nuke), and Bidet is the one, of course, to take all of the blame.
I’ve been watching POTUS since Carter, I can’t remember any this age related demented, not even close.
Something to remember is this is not a stand alone incident. There have been many and while I don’t have evidence, they seem to be happening at an accelerating rate.

This deserves another look.
For several hours I thought that he was trying to shake hands with someone who wasn’t there as well. After watching the whole video, however, I’d have to agree that that’s probably not the case. We who oppose Biden should not spread this kind of gossip.
He does look lost on that stage after the end of his speech, though. Not a good look for the president of the United States. But it hurts our credibility to magnify the incident into something that it isn’t.
Let’s be fair. He was shaking hands with his six-foot-tall squirrel friend named Antony.
