President Joe Biden looked lost again Thursday after finishing a speech on the nation's ongoing supply chain crisis when he turned around and stuck his hand out as if to shake hands - but there was no one else on stage.
The blunder from 79-year-old Biden comes days after he looked disoriented during an event that saw former President Barack Obama visit the White House for the first time since leaving office.
Immediately after ending the speech in Greensboro, North Carolina. with the signoff 'God bless you all,' footage from the event shows Biden turning to his right and seemingly saying something to the empty space behind him before miming a handshake - suggesting the president did not know he was alone at the podium.
In the footage, the aging Democrat proceeds to frantically look around the stage with a bewildered look on his face, before beginning to wander aimlessly around the crowded auditorium.
The slip-up - the latest of several gaffes by the president in recent years - instantly inspired a firestorm online, with many, including Texas Senator Cruz, 51, pointing to the politician's most recent display of possible cognitive deterioration.
In a post published minutes after the speech's conclusion, the Texas rep re-shared the clip with a caption that included a wide-eyed emoji. ***

That’s troubling because it’s so possible. My uncle was eight years older than creepy joe is now and I was responsible for him. He really sundowner. Seeing and talking to people 20, 30 years passed on. Creepy joe really sees someone when his hand is out.
And I’d bet any intelligence agency knows who is on calls and what’s being said.
Yet this piece of s—t got the better of trump in the debates, because donald did not prepare properly.
I’m laughing at the fact that they have to call the bill he’s advocating the “Bipartisan Innovation Act”.
Why not call it the “Everybody Likes It and Nobody Dislikes It, and If Someone Says They Dislike It, It Just Means They’re a Nobody Poopy-Head Who’s All Washed Up Act”?
My guess is he was talking to Harry Reid, wanting to know where he could get some used exercise equipment.

I’m still going with ghost. The way he’s been going on about ghost guns, he probably thinks this guy’s out to get him. When you’re shaking hands with a ghost, he can’t have one in his hand.
What’s playing out here is so ridiculous, seems like it’s fiction, out of something like Joseph Heller’s Catch-22.
