resident Joe Biden appeared to offer a handshake to nobody in particular after finishing his Thursday speech in Greensboro, North Carolina.
When the speech ended, the president turned to his right and put out his hand in thin air for a few moments before turning around and roaming the stage for several seconds. He then proceeded to the other side of the stage to shake hands with attendees in the audience.

Again, that was a set-up. There are dozens of people assigned to protect the brand. They were ordered to let him twist in the wind.
The ghost of voters passed.
No matter how hard you try to hide it, or suppress it, your rigged elections have consequences. Hopefully you and yours will (also) somehow pay.
The voice directing him along might have set him up with the directions to turn upon finishing his speech and shake with whomever they tell him is there beside him.

Joe is trying to keep himself alive. If he is confused and demented they will let him live.
