Prominent Democrat operatives have warned that if President Joe Biden makes good on his promise and runs for reelection in 2024, he will have to have primary challengers.
“If he runs, he will be challenged,” Michael Starr Hopkins told the Hill on Wednesday. Hopkins “enthusiastically” supported Biden’s presidential campaign in 2020 but has soured on the president as an unchallenged nominee.
Corbin Trent, a former senior aide to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), echoed Hopkins’s analysis. “If it looks like it’s going to be a free-for-all, then I think it’s going to be back to the 24-person primary,” he said.

All they need to do is tell him the primary already happened and he lost….
But, maybe Joe would opt out, as LBJ did in 1968, instead of facing a primary challenge?
And then, what about Kamala? If Joe runs for reelection, she can’t realistically be one of the challengers to Joe, can she?
It’s called death.
Suppose Joe were to resign before his term is up, then Kamala is the incumbent president entering 2024. Would there be primary challenges to a relatively young liberal woman of color, for the presidential nomination?
We may want to stock up on popcorn as we watch what Democrats do.
Remember too, that these Democrats talking about primary challenges think Joe just hasn’t been liberal enough. So there’s that.
This guarantees only one term for Brandon.
The only one who thinks Joe Biden is running in 2024 is Joe Biden.

Come on, man! The media has stopped covering for Hunter, which means the Democrat/corporate/media establishment is getting ready to jettison Joe, too. (Hey, “Jettison Joe” might not be a bad nickname for the senile old hazard! ;>) I’m guessing Joe will be gone before New Year’s Day, 2024...
