They don’t want future generations of the general public; they’ve already convinced today’s young people that they’ll “own nothing and be happy”. They are too young to understand that includes private homes and vehicles, as well as having children.
Never mind the businesses that closed during COVID; I’m surprised at how many in my area that had been 24-hour operations are closed for at least six hours each night. We’ll have less money, less purchasing options, and it will become “normal”.
Ah yes, the “new normal” mantra. And “we are all in this together” mind programming.
