I am saying I really don’t trust either sides reporting on this. Now, the British thing did make me laugh (I would choose the French since they are more likely to be operating in the area).

*Was this an “ordered” attack or banditry?
*If ordered, ordered by who in the line of command?
*If ordered, what is the goal of the killings? What message, impact, and beliefs are being communicated and to who?
