Wonder why they are meeting in Blagoveshchensk which is in the far east of Siberia near the Amur River. Isn’t there some autonomous Jewish oblast there? Some connection to the de-Nazify theme? Handy for Chinese to attend? Far from electronic surveillance? (probably not, as this is close to Beijing and North Korea).
As to “special forces” what is being implied here is just that British special forces are in Kiev conducting disinformation, not that they are fighting the war. (I think most here know this)

Why meet there unless you’re going to bring in somebody senior from China and/or North Korea? Which implies a spread of this misadventure into the Pacific theater and possibly a green light for Taiwan to be under threat?

*Was this an “ordered” attack or banditry?
*If ordered, ordered by who in the line of command?
*If ordered, what is the goal of the killings? What message, impact, and beliefs are being communicated and to who?
Check their passports. Any of their leader been to Ukraine?
