I appreciate the sentiment. But I particularly hate that song. I always did.

It’s a stupid song full of the worst ideas in history.

The lyrics are pathetic but the melody is beautiful.

Maybe it would sound better if Yoko sang it…

Double ditto, I also hate the 70’s or 80’ Pepsi song. The one that says, something about ‘the world living in perfect harmony, it’s the real thing’.

I appreciate the sentiment. But I particularly hate that song. I always did.It is a frigging Commie song. If people are going to sing this rotten song by the rotten John Lennon, at least do it with lyrics that accurately reflect the Commie nature of the song as the Babylon Bee has done.

But I particularly hate that song. I always did. I hate it as well.
Which is why I learned several parody versions.
So when ever I get stuck hearing it and am not in a position to turn it off I just sing one of the parodies.

It’s the worst song in rock and roll history.

I am a huge Beatles fan. I even own a limted edition (300 made) John Lennoon signature Rickenbacker guitar. I, too, hate that song. It is an anthem to Communism and atheism. The melody is lovely, but I can't listen to the words.
