In a conflict that is shaping up to be one of the most intense and rapidly developing of our time, drones have come to play an increasingly important role, and could well end up being one of the pivotal factors in its eventual conclusion. Thus, the delivery of at least 16 additional Bayraktar TB2 UCAVs, on top of the 18 already in Ukraine's pre-war inventory, constitutes perhaps one of the most significant instances of support to Ukraine's plight yet. [1] Now evidence has emerged that Turkey's drone contributions have not remained limited to the TB2, with new combat footage of Baykar's Mini-Bayraktar UAV confirming their delivery to the country. So put C4 and a gas can on them and suicide them into the ruskies.
Ya think the Ukes can’t come up with something like that?
The bayraktars are certainly armed!
The Turks must be making out like fat rats!.............
My view has shifted. Ukraine can win this war. So they will try to win this war.
The problem will be that by summer mass starvation will strike sections of the world.
The big question will be...can the west afford sanctions.
My uneducated guess is that it is fairly easy to shoot down a drone. Anybody around here know more on that subject?
How much wheat is supplied by Ukraine and Russia has been exaggerated. The high numbers of 25% refer only to export. In practice, they do not produce more than 0.9% of the worldwide wheat supply, which is already being made up for in other parts of the world (India and the US) by market forces.
There will be hyperinflation in food, but it has nothing to do with what is going on in Russia and Ukraine. Perhaps an aggravation. But we were already on the road to hyperinflation due to extreme spending and supply issues caused by Covid policy across the world.
The Russkies are still getting blown up in Mariupol despite having the place utterly surrounded for weeks now (with Ukrainians still managing to supply Mariupol using... helicopters!).
I would not worry too much about the Russians being able to “easily” shoot anything down. They provably suck.
Yeah since they are on both sides:-)
can you shoot at something you can’t see???
Nice.
Is that real or photoshopped?
It’s an interesting conflict, because there’s quite a contrast in methods here
Russia is still using a variation of the old massed-tanks-and-katyusha-rockets strategy from WWII
Ukraine is using high-tech satellite reconaissance, remote-control drones, and computerized anti-tank weapons
(... guess which side ISN’T winning)

Yes. Yes they can be:
“The integration of the Indigenous munition “Roketsan MAM-L and MAM-C”...”
The Turks have found a way to profit from their combat-drone program.

For the defense industrial complex this war is the perfect lab and test bed for their products. Unfortunately, our future adversaries are also learning a lot about what to have and how to use it.
its real
Isn’t the S-300 a Russian air defense system?
I love it when a plan comes together...
