the very short synopsis is that tht russians as a group are difficult to distinguish from being somewhat irrational. they are this way because of their history and their national character, which is somewhat fragmented and at odds with itself. additionally, they tend to be isolated from the outside world, so they are subseptible to autocratic rule such they now get from putin.
Very interesting.
Expect a few of the bots to come along shortly and say it is all false.
But I trust the Fins more than the Rus.
